Facilities at Liverpool John Lennon Airport
Accessibility: All the airport facilities are easily accessible either by escalator, stairs or lift. The lift is situated opposite the information desk. There is also an Induction Loop System has been installed to facilitate passengers with hearing difficulties.
Check In: When you enter Liverpool airport you can find the check-in, ticket sales and reservation desks for all scheduled and charter services in the centre of the main concourse. There are monitors located throughout the airport where recent flight information is displayed.
Fast Lane Security Check In: For an extra £2.00 per person you can avoid the standard queue and take the fast track through security check in. Tickets can be purchased from the green machines within the terminal building.
Foreign Exchange: The Bureau de Change facility is operated by Travelex which offers a wide range of foreign currencies at competitive rates and a Western Union money transfer service. Travelex has 5 locations including in the departures area, baggage reclaim and arrivals..
Internet Zones: If you have your own PDA or laptop, the airport has Internet access available at WiFi zones provided by 'The Cloud'. If you already have an account with one of The Cloud’s partners access is free, otherwise you can use the PAYG service.

Passenger rooms are located on Level 2 and 3 for passengers wishing to administer medication. These facilities are available on request by contacting the Information Desk.
Smoking Areas: The airport is smoke free, however you will find designated smoking areas outside each terminal.
Telephones: There are public telephones located throughout the terminal building.
Tourist Information Centre : Located in the main concourse, they can offer help with finding accommodation in the Merseyside area as well as information on places to visit.
