Liverpool Airport is easily accessed by car from the M57, M62 and M56 motorways. If you are travelling from the North or North-East, take the M6 motorway southbound and then the M62. Leave the motorway at Junction 6 onto the A5300 and then join the A561 and follow the signs for the airport.
Those travelling from the South or East should take the M6 northbound then join the M62 at Junction 20 and join the M56. From their exit at Junction 12 onto A557/A562 then via Runcorn Bridge merge with A561 and follow signs to the airport. If you require a taxi from the airport there is a rank located outside the airport terminal entrance. Taxis can also be hailed or picked up at one of the City Centre's Taxi ranks at Lime Street Station, James Street Station, Adelphi Hotel, Whitechapel, Sir Thomas Street and Chinatown.

There is no direct rail link to Liverpool Airport, however the airport is served by Liverpool Central, Liverpool South Parkway and Hunt Cross Station. There is a bus service from South Parkway and Hunt Cross Station to the airport, however from Liverpool Central you will need a further connection to South Parkway and Hunt Cross Station, then onto the airport
